This year has been incredible, full of exciting projects and shared achievements. Here are the key highlights:
👉 We retrofitted two schools:
We kicked off the year by renovating a school in Nuremberg, Germany, and another in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. We installed heat pumps, solar panels, and advanced energy management systems, enabling the schools to generate and manage their own energy. 🌍☀️
👉 Teacher training:
We didn’t just transform buildings; we also trained the people who inhabit them. In the spring, we organized training sessions at both schools to introduce the new technologies implemented and equip the teachers with strategies and resources to educate their students on sustainability and energy efficiency. 💡👩🏫👨🏫
👉 Renovation of Sant Boi Town Hall, Barcelona:
Later in the year, our work took us to the Sant Boi Town Hall, near Barcelona, a historic building from 1850. Here, we replaced the HVAC systems and lighting, integrating everything with an advanced SaaS platform to ensure efficient and sustainable energy management. This project highlights how even the oldest buildings can benefit from modern technologies for a greener future. 🏛️🔧
👉 Global connections:
In November, we also had the opportunity to showcase our innovative solutions at the Smart City Expo World Congress, where we connected with industry leaders and demonstrated how our solutions are shaping the future of sustainable cities. 🌆🤝
