Over the past few months, we’ve been working on the energy retrofit of the Sant Boi Town Hall, a historic building from 1850, with the goal of significantly reducing its energy consumption.
Currently, we’re replacing the lighting, and last week we completed the renovation of the third floor and part of the second. A major milestone! All of this will be integrated and monitored through a SaaS platform, provided by our partner Mondas GmbH.
